We do not support or process fiat currencies. All trades involving fiat occur strictly off-platform between users.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and verification
Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or exploit the platform or its users

5. Custodial Wallet Terms

NPAYEX.COM offers custodial wallets, meaning:

Your digital assets are stored securely by us on your behalf
You remain the legal owner of the assets
You authorize NPAYEX.COM to process transfers and handle asset custody per your instructions

We reserve the right to temporarily freeze or restrict access to a wallet in case of suspected fraud, legal obligation, or security concerns.

6. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency is inherently volatile and involves risk.
NPAYEX.COM does not offer financial, investment, or legal advice.
P2P transactions are user-driven and may carry counterparty risks.
You are solely responsible for conducting due diligence before engaging in trades or transfers.

7. Fees

NPAYEX.COM may charge service fees for wallet maintenance, transfers, or featured advertisements. All fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before execution.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use NPAYEX.COM to:

Engage in or promote money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity
Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Harm, harass, or deceive other users
Distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Downtime or interruptions caused by technical issues or force majeure

Our total liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid by you, if any, during the last 6 months.

Your activity poses security or legal risks
